UNCG Sociology student Jenny Francisco edits Honors College Journal

UNCG Sociology major Jenny Lois Francisco is the Editor of the UNCG Lloyd International Honors College interdisciplinary publication Y Ddraig Goch: An Interdisciplinary Honors Journal. Jenny leads the editing, design, proofing, and promotional efforts for the journal. She says the most enjoyable part of the position is working collaboratively with her associate editors and Dr. Ali, Dean of the UNCG Honors College.

Jenny’s main sociological interests include race, ethnicity, migration, gender, sexuality, and social movements. After graduating from UNCG, she plans to enter into sustainable farming and law school to empower communities through food and advocacy.
