Sociology Major Tyrell Spencer presented his original research at ACJS

Tyrell Spencer presented his original research at the annual Academy of Criminal Justice Sciences (ACJS) conference, which was held in Denver, Colorado last week. Tyrell’s research examines the influence that incarceration has on marital status across race-ethnic populations. His paper is titled “Incarceration’s Impact on Marriageability: An Examination of Race.”  He attended the ACJS conference with Dr. Dollar, his faculty adviser. Please congratulate Tyrell on his presentation and upcoming graduation!
