Robert Norris, BA ’09
After completing his BA in sociology with a history minor at UNCG, Rob Norris earned his MA and PhD from the School of Criminal Justice at the University at Albany (SUNY). He was an assistant professor at Appalachian State University for three years and is now on the faculty at George Mason University where he teaches classes in criminology, law, and society and conducts research on wrongful convictions, public opinion, social change and legal reform, race and policing, and plea bargaining.
